A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Q: In what currency will I be charged?
A: All orders are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD), regardless of any currency preview displayed on the website.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship within the United States only.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A:

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.


Products & Customization

Q: Are the red envelopes, postcards, tote bags, or door signs customizable?
A: Some products may offer customization options such as text, names, or designs. Customizable options (if available) will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Q: Are the colors and designs exactly the same as shown online?
A: We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or production batches.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unmarked, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized items (such as custom door signs or printed tote bags) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.

  • Items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once approved, refunds are issued within 1 business day and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Privacy & Security

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. We use a PCI DSS–compliant payment processor and never store your full credit card information on our servers.

Q: Do you share my personal information?
A: We only share information with trusted third-party partners (such as payment processors and shipping carriers) as necessary to fulfill your order. We do not sell your personal data.
